You know how fairy tales begin with “Once upon a time…”? The moment you close your eyes and let yourself flow into the dance of dreams, everything becomes colorful, vibrant, and starts to speak. Dreams tell you stories. The “Dreams” exhibition invites you to create a story within your own world.
The artist invites the audience to listen to their own dreams and memories. Each artwork whispers a forgotten memory or unveils the hidden story of suppressed emotions.

Coexisting Together One Hundred Percent
In the 100th anniversary of our Republic, the “Face to Face: Being Together in Harmony” exhibition, featuring works specially created by 100 artists, opened its doors to visitors at the AKM Gallery.
Curated by Beste Gürsu as part of the Beyoğlu Culture Route Festival, this exhibition explores the culture underlying the transformation of “I” into “We,” as well as the spiritual, intellectual, and behavioral processes of individuals.

Esra Soytürk invites you on a journey through her “Fantastic Carousel,” where elements of her subconscious mind are reflected on the canvas through diverse characters, colors, and stories.
Understanding different layers of life, confronting oneself, and exploring elements of conflict and reconciliation form the core sources of inspiration for the artist’s paintings.
Guided by the “creative spirit,” the artist finds a way to express her emotions, showcasing the therapeutic aspect of art in the process.
Without pre-planning her paintings, the artist creates freely, combining oil paint and acrylic paint on canvas with ink drawings on paper.

Impro-Visation Yeditepe University Art Exhibition
“Impro-Visation,” a fusion of inner flow and free expression, consists of works created by Esra Soytürk as she surrenders to the emotions of the moment in her art.
In this unplanned and improvisational process, the artist directly transfers her subconscious thoughts, feelings, and intuitions onto the canvas.
Every brushstroke, every transition of color, is an expression of an inner voice, inviting the viewer to share the energy of this moment of creation.
These works, shaped by the artist’s free spirit, invite the audience on an inner journey and into the layers of her emotional world.
